Same as any other vehicle really.

Lift the truck with a jack when it's cold.

Go underneath with a wrench (15mm) and a oil collection plate.

The oil plug is facing the drivers side door (might vary depending on the engine), watch that you do not loosen the transmissions nut. The oil plug is connected to oil pan.

Remove the plug, this will be hard. Once loosened use your fingers to remove the plug. The oil will come out in a stream at this point. Collect it.

Once all the oil is drained remove the oil filter. This is a difficult task. Replace the filter.

Replace the plug, finger tight with a short wrench turn.

Replace the oil, see your manual for details to the amount.
