It's way up in behind the engine between the engine and the firewall. It's in such a bad location, from the 2006 model year on, it was relocated.
I just had one changed, the poor mechanic had to raise and lower the hoist about 6 times - a little work from above, a little work from below. The water pump needed to come off too, so a couple new gaskets there.
