If it is like the 2001 model. Remove the big black skid plate thing. Six bolts I think. Then you can get to the transmission pan. Remove the pan bolts. Drop the pan. Change the filter. REmove old gasket material. Put pan back on. Tighten bolts alternating pattern. Refill fluid through the transmission stick-check hole on top of engine.
