Remove negative cable from battery, remove connector from wiper motor, remove wiper arms, remove plastic cover below windscreen (try to find all screws before removing; it can be removed very easy but will break if you forget to remove any screw) Remove the center lug on the motor while fixing the drive mechanism to the wiper arms with large pliers; remove the mechism from the motor, open the 3 fixing bolt of the motor and remove it. Reasembly vice versa.
