I have an 01 Silverado and I am about to do the same thing. From what I understand your Module is located on your ABS pump. Ussually under the driver side on the frame rail. There are four bolts that hold the module to the motor. Just unbolt and put new one in its place. This module should have several plugions for the wires goingt to it. I am going to get mine rebuilt from this place http://www.modulemaster.com/en/index.php Looks like much better deal. The dealer wanted near $1000 bucks for a new one.
