You will need an A/C recharge kit.
You connect the dispenser hose to the Schrader valve. This is the low pressure side of the A/C. It is located on the approx 1/2" aliminum tube running around the inside of the engine compartment near the radiator on the passenger side. The valve has a black plastic cap on it. I would follow all directions on the recharge kit and fill it with the truck running and the A/C on. A tip I heard was when the seems full and no more will go in, have someone run the RPMs of the engine up to about 1200 RPMs to get the correct pressure in the system.
