Get the car on jack stands so there's no weight on the front wheels. grab the tie rod and twist it, lift it; does it move? Grab the tire and move it rapidly like the car was turning right to laft rapidly; see any movment? feel movement? Any movement means replace it; Count the threads showing on youir old tie rods; install the new ones so you count the same anount of threads showing; then drive to alignment shop and get it aligned.
Check the front brakes and wheel bearings first. Then go to the tie rod ends and the rest of the front end parts to see what is worn or loose.
could be a few reasons, check out your suspension rods, the tie rod ends, or maybe see if your tires are balanced
Worn tie rod ends. Jack up the front of your vehicle and see if your front tires have some play horizontally. If they wobble horizontally then its likely tie rod ends and if they wobble vertically its your ball joints. Apparently it can be quite dangerous to drive like that. I have to replace mine in the morning.
wobble gives an indication of a front end problem. Check the lug nuts to insure one has not come loose. With the front end on jack stands, shake the wheels to see if they move. Do the same with the tie rod ends and bushings. This will show you which components have worn out.
Check the rear struts & upper mounting plates to see if you have a seized strut or worn or broken upper plate. Check the ends of the spring to see if the insulators are worn off and causing noises. Struts & upper mounts can be replaced & teflon blocks are available from Moog to take the place of the oem insulators
It kind of depends on what vehicle you're talking about. On no vehicle (that I know of) will you be able to see the actual bearing unless you take apart the wheel hub, but on some vehicles you will be able to see the wheel bearing assembly whether you're changing tie rod ends or otherwise.
The most likely reason is an unbalanced wheel on the front. There can be other causes such as worn ball joints or tie rod ends. I would recommend first having your front wheels balanced to see if that cures the problem, it's cheap to do.
Worn ignition switch? Check to see if it has a rod connected to ignition switch at the lower end of the steering column--may needs adjustment
You have to get a super rod from a fisherman and check your pokedex to see where staryu is and catch a staryu in that area with the super rod. Get a waterstone and evolve staryu into a starmie.

Put the car on a lift or jack up the front end with both wheels off the ground. Grab the tie rods and see if you can move them. If you see any play or movement in the tie rod ends they need replacing.
It might be your tie rods. Jack up the car and take off the front tires. The tie rod ends are located on the back of the hub assembly and shock housing. The inner tie rods are connected directly to the outer ends. Look at the rubber bushings on the ends to see if they are worn. Pull on the inner rod and outer end. Now, there will be subtle movement as the rod end rotates on the ball, but should still be firm. If there is too much movement or you hear a clanging or grinding noise, then your inner tie rods are the culprit and need replaced.
