To clear the check engine light on a 2003 Astro, you can use an OBD-II scanner to read and clear any stored trouble codes. Simply connect the scanner to the vehicle's diagnostic port, turn on the ignition, and follow the prompts to clear the codes. Alternatively, you can disconnect the vehicle's battery for about 15 minutes to reset the system, but this may also reset other settings. However, it’s advisable to identify and fix the underlying issue to prevent the light from coming back on.
