the factory alarm has a power circuit, find it and remove the appropriate relay, fuse, or connector... the library should have a pro shop manual available with all the info about the factory alarm... good luck:)
To disarm the factory alarm on a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo, insert the key into the driver's side door lock and turn it to the unlock position. This should deactivate the alarm system. If the alarm continues to sound, you may need to start the engine with the key to fully reset the system. Always refer to the vehicle's owner's manual for specific instructions related to your model.
I just disarmed my 2001 sante fe. Heres how I did it. Unlocking my vehicle of course set the alarm off. I inserted my key into the ignition and switched to the "on" position. I then waited 30 seconds and was then able to start the engine and the alarm was disababled. This also worked on my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe!
To disable the factory alarm on a 2001 Chevy Camaro, use the key fob to unlock the doors, which should deactivate the alarm. If the fob is not available, insert the ignition key and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine, then turn it back to "Off" and repeat this two more times. This should reset the alarm system. If problems persist, consult the owner's manual or a professional for further assistance.
