If the blower only works on high the blower resistor is most likely the problem and should be replaced. On rare occasions if the car has blown the resistor more than once the blower motor shouuld be replaced.
If a 2000 Grand Am sometimes has the heater blower working and sometimes it won't, the problem could be with the heater relay switch. The heater relay switch lets the heater blower know when to come on and when to go off. In most vehicles this switch is behind the glove compartment. This part sometimes gets corroded from condensation in this area.
If the internal heater blower on your 2003 Renault Grand Espace isn't working, first check the fuse related to the blower motor, as a blown fuse can cause it to stop functioning. Additionally, inspect the blower motor itself for any signs of damage or obstruction. If the motor appears functional, the issue may lie with the resistor pack or the control switch. If you're unable to diagnose the problem, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic.
The blower may simply have burned out. If the blower is out then the heater probably still works.
Pull blower its up inside hole
i broke down and paid to have this fixed. My mechanic said this is a fairly common problem on the older grand prixs. He had to replace the relay as well as the blower motor, total cost was $400.
The heater blower motor itself is located under the hood on the passenger side of the car.

Does the blower work? If not the problem is likely the fuse or a failed blower motor. If it works but blows cold air you probably have a broken engine coolant thermostat. Have you checked your coolant level?
It should be in the heater blower motor case which is located under the glovebox.
In the 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara, the heater blower relay is typically located in the under-hood fuse box. To access it, open the hood and locate the fuse box near the battery. You may need to refer to the owner's manual for a diagram to identify the specific relay for the heater blower, as the layout can vary.
You can test your heater blower motor by connecting a ground wire to the ground. Connect a power wire, from the battery to the positive post. If the blower motor turns it is working, and if it does not it is bad.
