You can't really disable it. You either get the problem fixed that's making it stay on (recommended) or you pull the bulb....

The abs light is on because there is a problem with the abs system. Until the problem is repaired the light will remain on. Once the problem is fixed the light will reset itself after a short drive.
If you want to just disable the ABS then you can pull out the fuse for the ABS relay. The only thing is the ABS light will show on the dash.
remove the fuse or relay is the easyest way but the abs light will be illumeinated very annoying.
