You need to replace the DRL (Daytime running light) Module

Simple: Remove fuse #15. It is labeled DRL/FOG. If you have fog lights you will lose those too.
The fuse to disable the DRL system is located in the passenger side fuse box near the glove box.
If you lift your ebrake handle one notch, it will not engage the brake, but it will turn off your drl's. Or you could always pull the fuse.. :)
