There is a specific fuse for the auto leveler. Same place as normal fuses. Pull it out, and leveler will quit draining your battery when shut off! if you are having problems with the compressor running the battery down, it is probably due to air leaks in the system. i have extended the life of my air ride system on my 1994 park ave. i lubricated and in effect reconditioned the lines and fittings with dish soap. also i disconnected the line at the compressor and put a few drops in the line. have someone sit on the trunk with the line disconnected at the compressor. this will compress the rear air struts. the put a few drops of liquid dish soap into the air line. when your helper gets off the trunk the soap will be sucked into the air line. replace the line and let the system run. you might need to repeat this proceedure a day or two later. also the level/height sensor is located on the right rear control arm. i was able to adjust my ride height by bending the connecting arm by about one inch.
The primary tool used to diagnose an auto leveling headlamp system is a scan tool or diagnostic scanner. This device connects to the vehicle's onboard diagnostic system to read trouble codes, monitor sensor data, and assess the functionality of the leveling system. Additionally, a multimeter may be used to check electrical connections and voltage levels related to the headlamp adjustment components.
