For the 2003 MY, the 4L60E was the only transmission available. The 4L70E was only available on 2006 - 2009 models with the LS2 6.0 V8.

Typically, they're located on a sticker affixed to the glove compartment door, although they are sometimes located elsewhere. It'll be a series of three digit codes... "M30" indicates you have a 4L60E, "M32" indicates you have a 4L60E HD (IIRC, not available on the TrailBlazer).
