yes mate it will no modifications will be needed at all. the zetec -s body kit fits directly onto mk1 and mk2 mondeo's |The "Zetec S" bumper will fit the zetec engined models but will not fit the V6 as the exhaust exit for the V6 is on the right hand side. So in a nutshell Zetec S (RSAP) rear bumper will fit the 2.0, 1.8 & 1.6 models (exhaust on left) and the ST24 (RSAP) bumper will fit the V6 (exhaust on right) It also depends on model of car.
