Had the same problem. In my case it was the actuator motor inside of the panel in the passenger footwell. Check to see if the flap is binding or it is the actuator motor itself.
In a 1999 Buick LeSabre, the difference in air temperature between the driver's side and passenger's side is likely due to a malfunction in the climate control system, specifically the blend door actuators. These actuators control the flow of air through the heating and cooling system, and if one is stuck or malfunctioning, it can result in uneven temperature distribution. Additionally, issues with the thermostat or coolant levels may also contribute to this problem, affecting how air is heated or cooled before it enters the cabin.
When i disconnect my battery and reconnect it and then turned my heat on it works for a minute. And then it seems like it makes heat on the driver side and air-conditioning on the passenger side. It has climate control for the passenger.
Could the heater door actuator be bad? What is the cost to replace? This Grand Prix has a dual-zone climate control and when the AC is on, the passenger side vents often change to heat when the control is still on cold.
The 2003 Buick LeSabre has speakers in the doors of both the driver and passenger side. These speakers are generally about 15 inches.
You need to replace the heater coil !
A passenger on a motorcycle has to sit behind the driver - Everywhere!!!!!! It is very dangerous to sit in front of the driver. It blocks the drivers vision & impedes control of the machine.
I was looking at the 2004 Lincoln Navigator Owner Guide and it shows : ( maxi fuse 118 / 30 amp / driver and passenger climate control seat module )
check catalytic converter , might be partially clogged
The issue of your 2010 Ford Taurus blowing hot air on the driver side and cold air on the passenger side, even with dual climate control off, could be due to a malfunctioning blend door actuator. This actuator controls the flow of air from the heater core and may be stuck or faulty, causing a temperature imbalance. Additionally, there could be a problem with the HVAC control module or a blockage in the ventilation system. It's advisable to have the system inspected to identify and resolve the issue.
On a1996 Buick Le-sabra it is on the Driver side under hood right below brake fluid reservoir.
The door that shifts the heat flow could not be functioning. Make sure that the door is opening when it should be.
Yes, the 1992 Buick LeSabre does have driver side air bags. the air bags were standard in all the Buick cars that year.
