The turn signal flasher on a 2008 Chevy Avalanche is located inside a panel close to the gas pedal.
depends. how close do you mean. Because technically everything in the cell is close to the surface because of how small it is.
If the sunroof is stuck open on a Ford Expedition, a person can spray the linkage with Liquid Wrench. If the sunroof is stuck open because the motor is not working for it, check the fuse box for a burned fuse. The linkage can be taken apart, if necessary, and pressure can be applied from the top to close it temporarily.
If that doesn't work, you may have to take the door trim pad off and lube the linkage inside the door.
It is inside of the driver's side frame rail. You will have to lay up under the truck and look inside of the frame to see it. It will be close to where the transmission cross member bolts to the frame.

The headlight relay on a 1999 Chevy Cavalier should be inside of the relay box. It is mounted close to the drivers side headlight.
you take burts bees wax and rub it on the inside of the hole because burts bees wax has fiber glass in side of it and it will close them
Possibly dirty accelerator linkage or sticking throttle body butterfly. Clean all the linkage and the inside of the throttle body, paying close attention to the butterly. Use only a spray cleaner that is safe to use with emissions sensors. Do not use a product such as WD40.
On all Chevy S-10s 1994-2003 the horns are located on the inside of the fenders about 6-8 inches back from the radiator support. Open the hood and if you look real close you will see them (one on each side) tucked back inside the fender itself.
