How do you fix a blown lighter fuse on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix?

There are two sets of fuses. One set is under the car hood ( check your manual explains it all). The other is in the glove box in the very front, located on the right side. Hope this helps. Again all info is located in the GP manual.
