How do you fix a misfire on cylinder number 3 on a 2003 ford expedition?

i have a 2003 expedition was getting error code on cylinder 3 (auto zone) free engine light checks for codes, 1234 cylinder run on passenger side from firewall 4321 is order (u can get that free also) replace ignition coil 45.00 and plug 3.00 bucks should be able to get shade tree guy to do for 50.00 dollars or less. buddy and i did my was alittle tricky he had smaller hands and we was able to do it within hour time, be careful putting plug back in we use anti seize and put alittle more torq presure to tightin check ur plugs for any wetness, antifreeze, dry and hard crystals. could be leak also get fuel injection cleaner run threw tank
