This is a code for "system too rich Bank 1". To me it sounds like the first step would be to block the evap flow to the engine and see if the po172 code stays cleared! If it does then I'd suspect a valve/solenoid in the evap system isn't staying sealed and causing the engine to run too rich which is also a cause for a po455 dtc! the 1451 dtc points to an issue with the cannister vent solenoid which could be causing all 3 codes.
