the sunroof motor is simple to replace, but may be time consuming. you first have to remove the headliner. take all the trim holding the headliner off to bring the liner down. once you are inside the headliner, remove the two screws holding the sunroof control assembly. Disconnect the wireing harness from the motor. 3 screws hold the motor in place. Before removing the motor, make sure the sunroof is closed and sealed shut. the motor is timed to the position of the sunroof. Do not turn the motor gear under any circumstance. once the motor is out, inspect the drive cables for any visible wear. Installation of a new motor is just the opposite of removal. the new motor should come pre-timed to the "Closed" position.

To fix a sunroof on a Pontiac Sunfire, first, check the fuse and wiring to ensure there are no electrical issues. If the sunroof is stuck, manually access the motor and try to reset it by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Inspect the tracks for debris and lubricate them if needed. If the problem persists, consider replacing the motor or the sunroof assembly.
on my 93 Saturn the pin the connects the arm from the motor to the actual lamp fell out if raise the light up and take off the plasic guard you should be able to see the arm look to see if it is attached.
Just a suggestion but maybe the track is dirty and needs to be cleaned with the satun sc series, the sunroof is moved by 2 plastic arms, over time they get brittle and break (it should have had that as a recall) but most power windows are the same way you will more then likely have to go online and order a pair (there is a company who makes them out of aluminum that are really nice and fairly cheep about 1 hour to fix
The horn relay is under the airbag in the steering wheel. Best to let Saturn dealer fix it.

To fix a 2004 Expedition sunroof that is stuck in the tilt position while the motor is turning, first, check for any obstructions in the sunroof track or mechanism that may be preventing movement. If there are no blockages, try manually pushing the sunroof closed while operating the switch to see if it can engage the motor's gears. If the sunroof still doesn't move, the issue may be with the gear mechanism or a faulty motor, necessitating a replacement or further disassembly to inspect for damage. Always ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected when working on electrical components for safety.
To fix a sunroof that won't close on a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo, first check the fuse related to the sunroof in the fuse box to see if it needs replacement. If the fuse is fine, inspect the sunroof motor and wiring for any visible damage or disconnection. Sometimes, debris in the tracks can also impede movement, so ensure they are clean and free of obstructions. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the sunroof switch or motor may need to be replaced.
