Not sure what the question is referring to - but if my guess is correct, you might have a corroded power window switch on one of the doors. Often times, rain will get on these switches and cause the switch contacts to get "gummed up" or corroded over. Simple job to remove the switches (do them both) and clean them off really good with some isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip. You can replace the moisture barrier with the stuff sold by Auto Zone in a small squeezy pack! Good luck!
