P0174 means the powertrain Fuel or air System is to lean (bank2)
there are 2 oxygen sensor (also known as EGO or O2) for each catalytic converter. The upstream sensor (ahead of the catalyst) measures the air/fuel ratio of 14.7:1 ,and the downstream sensor (on or behind the catalyst) adjust the "on time" of the fuel injectors.
according to my haynes manual; code 174-heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition, right side (bank 2). I dont know if right side=drivers side
