Do not spray any cem. into the supercharger. This will strip the Teflon coating on the supercharger rotors. However you do need to change the oil out in the supercharger. There is a little plug located by the pulley. It is a hex bolt and you need to undo it and then suck the oil out of it. You will then need to fill the oil back up just below the plug. Make sure you use the special supercharger oil called. "Supercharger oil" from GM.

Any time you flush out the cooling system you need to bleed the cooling system.

dex-cool is what is used from the factory but I suggest you flush it out and install regular green antifreeze as the dex-cool has been know to eat head and intake gaskets.
The transmission oil cooler inside the radiator is bad. DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE OR DRIVE IT ANY FURTHER! Have it towed to a trans shop for repair and a flush then hope for the best.
It is best to have it done professionally as they clean the cooling system as well as back flush it.
Most radiator pet cocks are located on the bottom left (drivers) side of the radiator and be warned they have a left hand thread. Some of the newer models I have seen do not have one but could be drained by loosening the lower hose.
Exactly what are you referring to flush, the radiator, transmission or possibly the brakes. Purchase a Haynes Manual and it has all the information you will need.
It would be in your best interest to go to bgfindashop.com and have someone in you area do the flush, back flush, for you as they clean the system. Then they do a total fluid exchange to include the heater and then add a rust inhibitor.
