Easy - on the 3.3/3.8 motor, remove the right wheel and the plastic cover on the bottom of the engine. The get a open end wrench - aprox a 5/8 and attach to the wide lug on the BOTTOM of the tensioner to allow you to pry on it and relieve the belt tension.
