on the tail light problem - unbolt the tail light from inside th truck -the hold tail light assemble will come out - it is recommended to change all the blubs your all ready there

If you want to change just the bulb, remove the small plastic on top of the light from the engine compartment, and turn the light even with the wire harness attached, the bulb will come out.
Could be low on brake fluid. If it is low you either needs brakes or you have a leak in the system.

The Ford Crown Victoria dashboard is held in place with 12 retaining clips. Pry outward on each retaining clip. The dash board will come off in three pieces.
I am presuming that you mean the parking Brake light It may be a loose wire or your parking brake (pedal and arm)needs to be tightened. You may also have to tighten the switch
