If you are saying that you locked the keys in the trunk and you haven't got a spare set here are some ideas:
1. If your car has a trunk popper, hot wire the button then push it.
2. Have a locksmith "pick" the lock and open the trunk.
3. Take out the back seat and back rest. Pull out the panel behind the back rest. Reach through the opening and retrieve the keys.
Many years ago my father locked the car with the key in the ignition and the motor running. He got really lucky. The first person to pass by tried his key in the door lock and it worked. That might not happen very often. But I suppose you could also try for that.
No
I have a 97 Cavalier,,,and one key does the door , ignition and trunk.
There is always the trunk release button in the driver side door, toward the bottom.
My key Bork off in my trunk
Remove the rear seat, and use a really long extention to unbolt the latch from inside of the trunk.
how do i open the trunk of my 2007 mustang if the keys are locked inside
in the trunk! but you have to get in the trunk with your keys though!
A torch
in the glove box there is a button to open the trunk
Fold the back seat down, and look in the trunk itself... You should see a yellow lever. Pull it and it should open your trunk, with out the keys. Other wise you'll have to call a locksmith (of get a pry-bar)
Won't the valet key open the trunk
on mine it was just with the keys or the little button for trunk release on the keys. Mine never had a lever inside the car.
