Under the hood where the battery should be. If it's like my 06' the battery's in the trunk and the fuses are under the hood under a box with a positive pole coming out of it.
There is also a fuse panel behind a panel on the right (pass) side of the center console. It just clips into place. This is where the pwr window fuses, and more, are located.
