This is a very broadbased question and so one must assume your level of mechanical skill. I'll assume that you're hoping for a "plug and play" option. Unfortunately, you may not have that option. I ended up having my local RV shop install it. They had to run the wiring, harness, etc., etc. There was nothing prewired and/or ready to go. This is well within my scope of capability but, the price they did it for...I couldn't justify my time on it! This was on a 2008 E350 12-passenger.

I take it you mean day-time running lights? Place the parking brake on the first notch will turn them off and not apply the brake.

To adjust the parking brake on a 2003 Ford E350 van, start by ensuring the vehicle is on a level surface and the wheels are chocked. Locate the parking brake adjustment mechanism, typically found under the vehicle near the rear axle, and turn the adjustment nut to increase or decrease tension on the brake cables. After adjustments, test the parking brake by engaging it and ensuring it holds the vehicle securely. If necessary, repeat the adjustment process until the desired tension is achieved.

How do you program the keyless entry on a 2005 Ford E350 Van?
You take out the old one and replace with a new one. Take pictures before just in case.
A rear brake diagram for this vehicle can be found in the cars maintenance manual and repair manual. Those can be bought at a local auto part store.
