remove door panel, it is held in place by 2 screws found in the grab portion handle of the door. there are also plastic push clips holding the panel in place,grabbing the edge of the panel you can usually pull the panel loose. there is also a moisture barrier paper behind panel ,held in by a silicone that can be reused. now you should see the inner workings of the window,it is held by 3 bolts holding window in a track. unbolt those 3 bolts ,lift window up and out ,careful it has some weight to it.replace in reverse order
