If you have the key for the switch your are in luck. Insert the key, do not turn it. On the face of the switch there should be a hole about 1/16" in dia. Use a stiff piece of wire or anything that will fit and not break off. As you push on the wire turn the key slightly and pull on it. The tumbler mechanisim should pull out. Reverse the process to install a new tumbler. If you do not have a key the process is very involved. I advise you to take it to a certified shop.
