Unless this van is in very good condition and you are planning to keep it for a while, don't even bother trying. The entire door has to come apart to get to the motor. When I say entire door I mean the entire door, not just the panel on the inside of the door. You can remove the panel by removing the screws around the edges, removing the pull handle and the speaker. Once you have done this you can see where the motor is and what it will take to get to it.
Begin by removing the 1994 Chevy passenger side door panel. Remove the window motor wiring harness. Remove the window motor linkage. Remove the window motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new window motor.
you probably need to clean and re-grease the window motor

Bad relay/window motor/switch/wiring...........
To install a passenger window on a Cadillac Catera, first remove the door panel by unscrewing any fasteners and carefully prying it away from the door frame. Disconnect the power window motor and any wiring harnesses. Position the new window into the window track, ensuring it aligns correctly with the regulator, and then reattach the window motor and wiring. Finally, reassemble the door panel and test the window operation.

Replacing 2002 Dodge power window motor driver side
To change the power window motor on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty, start by removing the door panel to access the window mechanism. Disconnect the electrical connector from the old motor and unbolt it from the regulator. Install the new motor by securing it with bolts and reconnecting the electrical connector before reassembling the door panel. Finally, test the window to ensure it operates correctly.
