You have to screw in the pistons into the calibers, they don't just press in, there is a tool that makes it alot easier to screw in. Other than that it's the standard way to change the pads etc.
Don't know what you want to know about the brakes
What's the question?

It should.
Not true, they have power brakes.
To change the brakes on a 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII, start by lifting the vehicle and removing the wheel to access the brake caliper. Unbolt the caliper and slide it off the rotor, then remove the old brake pads. Install the new pads into the caliper, compress the caliper piston if necessary, and reattach the caliper. Finally, replace the wheel, lower the vehicle, and pump the brake pedal to ensure proper brake function before driving.
It's a 4R70W automatic
