To jump-start a 2000 Chevy Venture, first ensure both vehicles are turned off. Connect the positive (+) jumper cable to the positive terminal of the dead battery, then attach the other end to the positive terminal of the working battery. Next, connect the negative (-) jumper cable to the negative terminal of the working battery, and the other end to an unpainted metal surface or ground on the dead vehicle. Start the working vehicle, let it run for a few minutes, then try starting the Chevy Venture.
Yes, you can jump start a 2002 Chevy Malibu. Remember to connect the right connections in order to preserve your battery.
bad battery
what is the jump sequence after taking out the fuse on a 2001. chevy cavalier.
you cannot jump the computer terminals on a vehicle with the OBD2 computer unlike the original OBD. you must check codes with a computer tester. very cheap at autozone--bought mine for $25.00.
just put negative cable{black} on anything metal around the engine.and boost away! that gooes for ANY vehicle..... RON
yes
it might have something to do with the transmition my mother-in-law drives with her over drive on 24/7 thinking it saves on gas but over drive shouldn't be used unless your going over 55 mph. my answer to you is to try having your transmition serviced
The starter relay or solenoid is probably the problem.
Just like you jump start any other car. Connect positive cable to positive post of battery and connect negative to any metal part of the engine or frame.
Not sure what engine you have but it is highly unlikely the timing would jump being that it is driven by a chain. If it was to jump it probably wouldn't start and possibly backfire in the attempt to start.
1999 chevy 3500 hd starter drags bad have to jump start every time
you jump start it and drive it around for 20 minutes and the altinator should charge it
