May be computer controlled and not adjustable

the Century first joined the Buick lineup in the late 1930s to emphasize the car's advertised top speed of 100 mph. Without modification that has remained the top speed of the stock vehicle.
behind the motor you can only see it on a lift
Transmission is a 4 speed,, electronically controlled. with overdrive.
you cant without having a remap. its controlled electonically by the ecu via the Idle air control valve on the throttle body. generally only vehicles fitted with carburetor can adjust idle speed manually.
there is no way to adjust the idle speed on these engines, it is all computer controlled. unless you are looking for the IAC (idle/air control valve), that is on the throttle body, and uses a 1" wrench to remove after unplugging it.
To adjust the temperature in a Buick Skylark, locate the climate control system on the dashboard. Turn the temperature dial or set the digital display (if equipped) to your desired temperature. For models with separate controls for driver and passenger, make sure both are set accordingly. Additionally, you can adjust the fan speed and air distribution settings for optimal comfort.
To adjust the fan motor speed from auto to manual on a 2007 Lexus IS350, locate the climate control panel on the center console. Press the "Auto" button to deactivate the automatic mode; this will allow you to manually control the fan speed. Once in manual mode, you can adjust the fan speed using the fan speed dial or buttons. Make sure to monitor the desired temperature settings as needed.
To adjust the idle on a Buick Roadmaster, first, ensure the engine is at operating temperature. Locate the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body or carburetor, depending on your model year. Turn the screw clockwise to raise the idle speed or counterclockwise to lower it, checking the RPMs with a tachometer. After adjustments, make sure to recheck the idle speed and ensure it is within the manufacturer's specifications.
On a 2005 Buick Century, the speed sensor is typically located on the transmission. Specifically, it can be found on the side of the transmission case, near the output shaft. To access it, you may need to remove a few components for better visibility and clearance. Always refer to a repair manual for detailed instructions and diagrams for your specific model.
i have a 1998 buick century and my blower motor is under the passenger side front wall inside.I found out that the blower motor resister was the problem.if it works on high speed only, replace the resistor first.it's cheaper but harder to get at.
The computer does it for you through the IAC valve Idle air control its under throttle body intake hose.
