It will be on the bottom right corner of the radiator under the hood
Assuming you are asking about the radiator coolant drain, it should be on the passenger side under the lower radiator hose. It should take a 1/4" square drive to open it.

Drain the blazer radiator. Refill with water. Open the heat on high, start the engine for a few minutes. Drain the system again Repeat this several times to get all of the old coolant out.
i have a 2002 Chevy blazer 2 door my horn is located right above the right front wheel, right outside the engine compartment. if you are standing faceing the front of the car, look to your left and down, above where the wheel is and youll see it. or open the hood and set the alram off and follow the sound. hope this helps

I ran out of time on Saturday to do it, but it looks like you remove the battery. Then you can reach down and open the drain plug. It is just below the battery at the bottom of the radiator.
