You can not do this yourself. You will need to go to a reputable locksmith or a Ford dealer. At the dealership each key will cost you about $100.00. I just had one made. Using a non-chipped key in the ignition will cause it to lockup and cost you around $300.00 to have it unlocked. A non-chipped key will get you in the door with no problem but that is it.
