Follow the directions in owners manual. Just going by memory, Turn the ignition to run or acc,and make sure the stereo is turned of.Press and hold the Display button for a bit,around 5-15seconds. Then it will beep and say Settings on the stereo display. Then use the Seek or Forward/Reverse buttons to scroll to Fob Prog.(I think) Press Display. Then you have to hold down some of the buttons on the remote till it beeps. If you have more than one fob, you have to program it at the same time so it will work.
