use the 134 stuff, and the lower a/c line is the pipe right by the bottom of the battery. You'll see two slim pipes with black caps on them the larger diameter one will be what you're connecting the refigerant to. You will need to remove the air filter. Just don't forget to turn your car on and get the a/c blowing cool air turned all the way up.
