Standing behind the car, it's on the right side, front corner of the fuel tank, underneath the car, up in a recess. You need 6mm and 10mm sockets, extension, ratchet and combination wrenches. Also a screwdriver for the hose clamps.
Jack the car up about 20" and put a jack-stand under the car at the frame, for safety.
