to replace washer pump.remove washer fluid reservoir
disconect rubber hose and wire plug from bottom of pump
sometimes there is a clip at bottom of reservoir that needs to be slid off and pump will pull out
if no clip,just pull pump out of reservoir
installation of new pump is exact opposite of removal
