The horn is located behind the front bumper on the driver side. Simlpy remove the bumper. its right there once you remove the bumper

Push back the two pins for each headlight, and pull them up. Unplug the lights. Then, get the replacement bumper, and snap it into place like the previous one.
You First must remove the bumper that should have only nine clips, then remove the right headlight to get to the reservoir. this seems like a lot and it is, but the reservoir is under the headlight assembly and the only way to remove the headlight is to remove the bumper.
