On a 1995 Ford Ranger with a 2.3L engine, the coolant temperature sensor is located on the engine block, typically near the thermostat housing. It is usually mounted on the cylinder head or intake manifold. To access it, you may need to remove any obstructing components, and it's advisable to disconnect the battery before servicing.

In mass air flow sensor.
There is no Intake Air Temperature sensor on a 1995 only 96 and newer. If you are asking because you are putting some sort of performance module on it then you need to hook that up to the Coolant temperature sensor which is located next to the thermostat and it is a two wire sensor.
It doesn't have one .It has a mass air flow sensor in the air intake tube to the air cleaner .
