I have a 1996 and there is a u clip inside wich you need a special gm tool to remove. I have an 03 and if you look underneath the handle there are two hex-head bolts. You can get at em easy enough with a small ratchet. Then there are three or 4 screws along the bottom edge of the door to remove, and you have to take the plastic piece off around the mirror adjuster. Then you can pop it off. Phil

The lug nut torque specification for a 2002 Sunfire is 90 foot pounds. This is assuming that the rims are factory stocked, as rims with different masses may require different torque settings.

generally, if you know that the pump is bad or failing, replace it. Repairing it is rarely an option. That's why there's a core charge on them. They are returned for factory refurbishment.

Pontiac or any local GM dealer should be your first phone call. As I recall they are filled at the factory and the fluid does not need to be replaced.
