First, remove the door handle, it has 2 screws one in each side. After that, between the door panel and the window handle there is a small rubber ring, push it towards the panel until you can see a small lock in the shape of a U, with a flat screwdriver, take the lock out and the window handle comes off. With care, start locating the small plastic "nails" with which the door panel attaches itself to the metal. Try pulling the nails evenly as they tear apart or damage the panel. After all the panel is loose, pull it upwards to release the little thing that licks the window and then out, there you go, panel out.
One screw you won't see is under the lock switch. Anywhere you find a hole there will be a screw some are just deeper than others. After you remove the screws the panel will pop off.

Using a screw driver remove the screws from the door panel, remove the clips, and pull the panel away from the frame slowly. Remove any wiring connectors, and remove the panel the rest of the way.
Take out all screws that hold the trim and the panel that holds the power switches. Remove the panel that holds the swithches and take out the screws that remain. there is also a screw down next to the light at the bottom of the door. once all screws are out, lift up on the panel and it will slide right off.
To remove the door panels on a 1989 Dodge van, start by disconnecting the battery to avoid any electrical issues. Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully pry off any plastic covers concealing screws, then remove the screws securing the panel. Gently pull the panel away from the door, starting at the bottom and working your way up, being cautious of any clips that may still be attached. Finally, disconnect any wiring for window controls or speakers before fully detaching the panel.

Using a screwdriver, remove all the screws from the panel, remove all the clips from the panel, and gently pull the panel from the frame. Remove and wire connectors between the panel and the frame, then pull the panel off the rest of the way.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws and the clips that hold the panel to the door frame. Gently pull the panel, reach behind it and remove the wiring connectors, and the panel should come free.
