First, disconnect your battery, now, if you open the hood, you will find a flexible couplig about half way to the bottom of the column, you can unbolt that, then, sitting inside the car, under the dash you will find a U shaped brace fastenig the column to the underside of the dash, (it usually has 2 bolts, but depending on the model may have 4), then you must detach the wirng plug (for the turnlights and horn, it is close to the U shaped brace). then remove the two screws in the back of the steering wheel which hold the sterering wheel padding, once removed, there is a circular sliding switch which activates the horn at the center of the wheel, be sure to detach the wire fastened to the steering wheel which comes through the steering column.
