Here's what I did...

I used a angle grinder with a cutting bit to cut the old hub in-between the hub and housing. I cut the hub on both the bottom bolts. I then used fine point chisels on the cuts to separate the hub from the housing.

Takes a while but once the separation starts, the hub walks off easily by rotating from cut to cut.

Only down side is when you are hitting the chisel it hangs up on the shield and it does damage it. I was able to use a large round chisel to reround one of the holes and the other I just had to cut the damaged part out.
