The Watter pump is behind the main pulley that the cooling fan is attach to. take the top of the calling off and then take the fan off then the pulley. The water pump is right there. It takes 5 bolts. about a 2 hour job.

It is not normal for water to leak into the inside of your GMC Envoy XUV. The repeated replacements of the roof suggest that the issue has not been properly resolved. You may want to seek a second opinion from another mechanic or contact GMC directly for further assistance.
more than likely it is the window regulator.I had to take mine back to the dealer for repair.
The dealer told me to find a junk yard with one in, and make SURE you get the bolts also!
Fluid for my SUV (Envoy XUV) is fed from the same container that feeds the wiper fluid for the windshield.
