To remove the steering wheel from a 1995 Buick Riviera, first disconnect the negative battery cable to avoid airbag deployment. Next, remove the steering column cover by unscrewing the screws securing it. Then, locate and remove the airbag module by carefully disconnecting the wiring and unscrewing it from the wheel. Finally, use a steering wheel puller to detach the steering wheel from the column, ensuring to follow all safety precautions.
Disconnect the battery. Remove the ignition coils. Remove the ignition control module that was under the coils, and replace it.
Is it leaking? Has it been wrecked? Why do you want to replace it? This is a very, very difficult task.
