To replace the radiator in a 2007 Ford F150, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator. Next, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, along with any transmission cooler lines and electrical connectors. Remove the mounting bolts and lift the radiator out, then install the new radiator by reversing the steps, ensuring all connections are secure and refill the coolant.
